1Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

2Account Registration Eligibility

3Account Security and Responsibility

You are the sole owner of your waktogel account and bear full responsibility for all activities that occur within it. This includes all wagering, deposits, withdrawals, and any other interactions with the platform.

• Each member is entitled to claim each bonus type once only unless stated otherwise

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly into cash

7General Wagering Rules

All bets placed on the waktogel platform are subject to the following general wagering rules:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except under circumstances specified in the respective game rules
• Waktogel reserves the right to void and refund bets placed on events or markets affected by technical errors
• Bets placed after an event or round has ended will be automatically voided
• In the event of a dispute, the decision of waktogel management is final and binding
• Waktogel reserves the right to limit or decline bets from any member without the need to provide a reason

8Absolutely Prohibited Activities

• Opening or using more than one account simultaneously

• Colluding with other players to exploit promotions or betting systems
• Using the platform for money laundering or other illegal financial activities
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process

9Account Closure and Suspension

• Voluntary account closure request by the member
• Account inactivity for more than 365 consecutive days

• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses even if waktogel has been informed of the possibility of such losses

Waktogel's maximum liability to you under any circumstances is limited to the actual cash balance in your account at the time of the relevant incident, excluding any bonus balance or funds subject to investigation.
